1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan India. If you don’t see your location listed, please contact us, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your location.

  1. Order & Delivery Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 days and delivery will be between 7-10  business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 5PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  1. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We will notify you of any significant delays, and we appreciate your patience.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please whatsapp us immediately on +918591841867.  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

  1. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
